We take customer service very seriously at Vortex Fitness. In fact, customer service has always been a central theme in our mission, vision and value statements.

Part of our vision at Vortex is to ensure that each customer is completely satisfied with our products and services to the point that they will refer us to others. That's why it is so encouraging that 99% of the customers we've surveyed tell us they'd refer their fellow fitness and medical professionals, friends and athletes to Vortex.


Here are some examples of what we are doing now to make sure we continue to meet our customers' needs:

Customer Service Center

Through our Delaware based Sales/ Customer Service Center, we follow-up with every customer who purchases our equipment to evaluate the level of satisfaction with the delivery and assembly and stay in touch with ongoing customer care to track progress and accelerate the rate in which our customers experience the huge benefits from our equipment. (That's an amazing amount of live follow-up and customer care.) This follow-up also gives us "real-time" feedback and survey statistics allowing us to see if we're continuing to live up to our customer promises.

Always Available to Help

If you experience any problems with your Vortex equipment call 877-676-4677 and you'll be connected with either the International Sales Director, CEO or Support Administrator. We'll listen and do everything we can to make your relationship with us beyond expectations and permanent.

Shipping Information

Orders placed for items "in stock" will ship by Monday of the following week at the latest. No Saturday deliveries.

Normal UPS shipping can be from 2 to 8 business days. Products may ship in multiple boxes at NO EXTRA CHARGE.

Please note: Saturday and Sunday DO NOT count as business days. All orders will be shipped by GROUND ONLY.

Special orders and truck shipments can take approximately 2 to 6 weeks for delivery, depending on the items.

Most orders will be shipped by United Parcel Service. Please provide us with a street address for delivery. Small items may ship via the Postal Service. See our "Shipping Chart" below for actual shipping cost.
