This warranty applies to the original owner only.

• All products manufactured by Vortex Fitness Equipment, LLC (Vortex) are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship as set forth in the following notice (providing the damage was not caused by abuse, misuse, neglect of normal care and maintenance or improper assembly by any other than an authorized Vortex agent):

• Ten years: Structural integrity of welded components and weight stacks;

• Three years: Linear bearings/shafts, pillow blocks, pulleys and rollers;

• Two years: Cables and connectors;

• Five months: Upholstery and accessories

• Three months: Power bands for Xcellerators, as well as bushings in the aluminum top plate

• The warranty period and terms begin on the original delivery date as evidenced by the appropriate documentation. Any alteration of the equipment so listed shall constitute a waiver by the buyer of this warranty. This warranty does not cover other brand name products distributed but not manufactured by Vortex or their authorized manufacturer (OEM), which are subject to their respective manufacturers warranties (i.e. grips, handles and attachments).

• During the warranty period, warranted defects will be repaired at Vortex’s manufacturing facility, or the defective part will be replaced, at the sole option of the manufacturer, without charge for either parts or labor to repair the defective part. This warranty does not cover the removal of the defective part and the installation of the repaired part.

• All claims covered under this warranty must be in writing and authorization must be obtained from the manufacturer, Vortex, to return defective parts for exchange. Defective parts must be returned to Vortex’s place of manufacture. The customer is responsible for all transportation costs for all returned items to and from the place of manufacture.

• All buyers, users agents, or anyone directing the use of the said Vortex equipment or any Vortex product or attachment in connection with the product shall determine the suitability of the product for its intended use; said parties are specifically put on notice that they shall assume all risk and liability in connection herewith. There are no other warranties that attach to this product from the manufacturer either express or implied other than those specifically set forth above.
